The City of Toronto is enjoying a unique period of exuberant change and development. Its neighbourhoods are vibrant hot spots, bursting with diversity, culture and commerce. The change is constant and almost too rapid to track.

OpenCity Projects has identified neighbourhoods as important exploratory grounds. In partnership with the Ontario College of Art & Design and the City of Toronto, we transformed the classroom into a creative lab, enabling students to become active participants in converting neighbourhood challenges into larger opportunities.
